The 2020 National Football League (NFL) Draft was supposed to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 23-25. However, because of the coronavirus the draft will no longer be held in Vegas and teams will now be drafting privately through a video conference I the teams practice facilities. The NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell should allow for an extra five minutes to make the selection because the draft is very important to teams and is a great way to improve their team. The general managers for each team need to contact their front office staff and make sure their pick is the right one. Also, teams are potentially at risk of losing Wi-Fi connection and they may not be able to draft. The Pittsburgh Steelers general manager proposed that the NFL should add three more rounds in the draft. EA Sports, the company that makes and develops the Madden video games has partnered with the NFL and created virtual players of the draftees to shake Goodell’s hand as they are drafted.
